HIP HINGE EXERCISES

Performing a hip-hinge exercise at home is difficult without any equipment and this was the inspiration behind the Hälsabord.

Allowing you to perform Nordic Hamstring Curls, Single Leg Deadlifts and bilateral deadlifts means you can get a brilliant posterior chain workout.

UPPER BODY PUSH EXERCISES

No more queing up for the bench at 6 pm every Monday night. With the Hälsabord leg attachments (included with Hälsabord+ orders) you can use it as a bench press.

On its own, however, it’s perfect for resisted push-ups, equalling the equivalent of up to 50kg dumbbells.
